This Chile Sauvignon Blanc wine is wonderfully herbaceous with overtones of stone fruit and tropical fruit. A dry sauv blanc with a light-medium body, absent of oak character, and an alcohol content of 12.5% by volume.

- Yeast Pack
- Packet #2 Bentonite: helps yeast activity and clears wine by removing proteins
