RJS Cru Select Wine kits contain all the essentials to make a delicious red Nebbiolo wine. Made from the prized Nebbiolo grape, this wine features flavours of violet, cherries, and cocoa. Undertones of toasted oak, dark fruit and firm acidity dominate the long finish.

- Yeast Pack
- Packet #2 Bentonite: helps yeast activity and clears wine by removing proteins
