50g and 1kg of Malic Acid available.
May help speed fermentation. Helps improve on the wines fruitiness and flavour. Natural acid of apples. It has a sour taste and adds to the fruitiness of a wine. It slowly breaks down and diminishes as the wine ages.
Add according to specific recipe, up to 10g per gallon / 4L of must at start of fermentation.
