Ascorbic Acid 30g
30g of Ascorbic Acid.
Prevents oxidation in beer and wine. Use 2.5g/gallon to cellar your wine the longest without oxidation, the use of an antioxidant is helpful. It will help maintain colour and the fresh flavour.
Add Â½ tsp (2.5g)/gallon to finish wine prior to bottling. Prevents oxidation.
