On day 1, make sure you top up to the full 20L as indicated (and NEVER add extra sugar to increase alcohol)
As per the instructions, if you bottle your seltzer, you MUST stir the sediment when adding flavouring then Do not wait more than 1 day to bottle after mixing (or too much yeast will settle out). If using dextrose for bottling sugar, we recommend 200g. (If you keg your Seltzer, force carbonate it instead)
Leave bottled seltzer for 2 weeks in a warm spot. If not fully carbonated, keep in warm spot for another 1-2 weeks.
Uses single stage fermentation. We recommend a widemouth carboy either 23 L or 27 L.
