Description
This Vinyard Elite wine making kit consists of the concentrate needed to brew a good Cabernet Sauvignon wine at home. Dark, bold and tannic, the king of California Reds it is excellent on its own or it can also be softened by blending with Cabernet Franc, Merlot, and other red varieties. Reminiscent of black currant.

- Packet #2 Bentonite: helps yeast activity and clears wine by removing proteins
