DESCRIPTION

Ideal use is for kombucha or food fermentation and storage. Open mouth makes it easy to clean and add larger items in the jar that wouldn't fit in a jug. Optional metal lid available (link below) for a tight seal. Some drill hole in the lid and then add an airlock for fermentation.
