Kieselsol (D1) is a fining that clarifies the wine. Basically, it collects all of the suspending particles in your wine and can typically clear up a wine very quickly. Works in combination with Chitosan (D2). Follow the instructions on your wine kit.
- Once your wine is fermented and transferred to a Carboy you should add 1 Sachet of Kieselsol (D1), stir gently. Then, 1-24h after that, add 1 Sachet of Chitosan (D2) to your wine and stir gently.
