PORTUGUESE CHEESE HAS ARRIVED!!!

That's right folks, we FINALLY received our LONG awaited order of Portuguese Cheese!!!

Choose from a variety of imported cheeses, directly from Portugal, right in time for your holiday parties!

Varieties available include:

• CASTELOES ("Castle" cheese) - 100% cows milk, mild flavoured, easy to slice and melt. Also referred to by customers as the "butter cheese"
• PALHAIS ("Goat puck" cheese) - semi-soft goat's cheese, similar to a chevere, but packaged in pairs the size of hockey pucks.
• SALOIO ("Sally" cheese) - a blend of goat, sheep and cow's milk create a cheese that you can enjoy with pretty much anything
• COVO ("Addictive" cheese) -  an aged goat cheese that you won't be able to get enough of!! Once you try it, you'll come back for more!
• S. JORGE("Island" cheese) - 100% aged cow's milk, from the island of Saint Jorge in the Azores. The taste of the cheese changes with the seasons as the cow's eat different vegetation. Slightly spicy with a pleasant bite to accompany wine, beer or on its own
